WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a customer-focused professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving problems while delivering exceptional service. As a Customer Success Representative, you'll deliver high-quality support for our cloud-based technology solutions, interacting directly with customers through phone, chat, and digital channels.

This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, organized, sales-aware, and comfortable handling multiple priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle product and service inquiries across phone, chat, and digital channels.
  • Provide remote technical support and guide customers through solutions.
  • Create positive customer experiences on every interaction.
  • Make outbound calls, support inside sales activities, and schedule demos.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating when necessary.Maintain accurate customer interaction records and databases.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments and cross-functional teams.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Support or Customer Success).
  • Previous SaaS experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Zoom, Basecamp, and Google Drive.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting or contributing to sales activities.
As an Independent Contractor, you must have:
  • Your own reliable computer capable of handling support tools.
  • Stable high-speed internet connection.
  • A quiet, professional workspace with clear audio/video setup.
  • Ability to manage your own taxes and benefits.
  • Willingness to use Time Doctor for time tracking.
Work Environment Requirements To succeed in this role, you must have:
