  • Weekly Off: Rotational Week Off
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales by encouraging users to register accounts and actively participate on the platform through chat and inbound/outbound calls.
  • Promote platform features offers bonuses and benefits to maximize user engagement.
  • Assist users with account registration deposits withdrawals and transaction-related queries.
  • Achieve daily weekly and monthly sales targets (primary and secondary).
  • Maintain accurate records of leads conversions and user activity.
  • Use Excel for data tracking sales reporting and performance analysis.
  • Deliver persuasive professional and empathetic communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
  • Prior telesales experience preferred (experience in gaming or fintech domains will be an added advantage).
  • Fluency in Telugu Kannada and Hindi is mandatory.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel (data entry and basic formulas).
