On behalf of our client, a premier payroll outsourcing firm, we are seeking a Customer Success Specialist based onsite in the UAE. This role ensures a seamless, accurate, and high-quality payroll experience for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Acting as the primary point of contact, you will support client satisfaction and retention by coordinating payroll processes, resolving issues, and proactively improving service delivery.

👤The Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Managementb>: Serve as the primary contact for client payroll and HR teams, providing professional communication and documenting all interactions.
  • Payroll Service Coordination: Coordinate payroll cycles, ensuring accurate inputs, validation, and delivery within agreed timelines.
  • Compliance & Reports: Support the preparation of statutory reports, WPS files, and end-of-service calculations in adherence to UAE Labour Law.
  • Issue Resolution: Monitor client requests and resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to the CX manager when necessary.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in new client transitions, including data validation, training, and handover from implementation to live service.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to reporting tools and client support documentation based on client feedback.
