Job title: Customer Success Executive (Arabic Speaker)

• Champion customer relationships with a strong focus on rapport-building, delivering engaging on-site and online training with a creative and proactive flair.
• Manage a portfolio of around 100 successful accounts, providing assured and actionable advice, maximizing product engagement and outcome-driven value for clients.
• Conduct improved risk assessments, ensure high client satisfaction, and respond to urgent needs with bravery and flexibility, including travel across GCC countries.
• Offer translated technical solutions in a way that motivates and empowers clients, making complex information accessible and valuable.
• Collaborate with diverse, focused internal teams to drive continuous enhancements and initiate bold business growth opportunities.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Qualified and fluent Arabic speaker
• Motivated, tech-savvy, and experienced in SaaS, compliance, or maritime/banking, with strong Excel and CRM proficiency.
• Inspired, excellent communicator, determined relationship-builder, and fast to adapt in vibrant, multicultural environments.
• Brave, resilient, and keen to work flexible hours (occasional evening/weekend calls); able to travel regionally as required.
• Degree-educated or with exceptional relevant experience.
