Responsibilities

Your Role as a Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist you will be a trusted point of contact for our retail customers ensuring they receive expert guidance and a seamless experience. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships in an industry that values trust and expertise.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers worldwide via email, phone and live chat in English, Spanish and/or Italian and ideally German.
