Job summary

A leading construction materials company in Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries and process orders efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English, a degree in Business Management, and at least three years of relevant experience. Familiarity with SAP and a willingness to enhance skills will be advantageous. This is a full-time position with a focus on delivering exceptional customer support and maintaining compliance with quality management standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Attend all queries by phone and email.
  • Input sales orders to SAP for customers.
  • Schedule and follow up with customers for delivery.
  • Check stock availability and allocations.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Management systems.

Job description
Prime Objective

A customer service representative interacts with a company's customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services. Process orders received and delivered on time as addition they deal with order processing and help resolve any customer complaints.

Key Tasks
  • Attend all queries by phone and email and forward to respective KAM/TMM if required.
  • Input sales orders received (LPO) to SAP for Sika UAE customers.
  • Schedule and follow up with customers for delivery.
  • Check stock availability and allocations per quotation / order / project.
  • Send delivery schedule to logistics (quantity location contact).
  • Maintain minimal order list as all orders received need to be delivered.
  • Have an understanding how to manage daily routine and situations outside the box.
  • To undertake any additional responsibilities or duties assigned by line manager commensurate within the position.
QA/QC
  • Ensure compliance with the company's Quality Management and Environmental Health & Safety Management Systems.
Qualifications
  • Graduate in Business Management or Equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills English (Spoken & Written) Arabic is an advantage
  • Computer literate proficient in Microsoft Office proficient in SAP is an advantage - willing to upgrade skills.
  • 3 years related experience
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
