Job summary

Job description
Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client pain points and propose the right solution offerings.
  • Maintain a healthy relationship with the clients and drive engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (product, operations, onboarding) to ensure smooth client activation.
  • Track market trends, competition, and industry developments.
  • Prepare weekly reports and insights for management.
Skills
  • 1–4 years of experience in one of the following would be idea: HR/ IT Support/ B2B sales/ SaaS selling/ facility management/ real estate tech or construction tech.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with field visits and meeting clients regularly.
  • Ability to explain technology solutions in a simple and clear way.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience selling to admin/HR/facility teams is a strong plus.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in PropTech / HRTech / SaaS startups
  • Understanding of labor camps, staff accommodations, or blue-collar housing
  • Existing network in construction/manufacturing sectors
