Job summary

A prominent real estate development company seeks a Concierge Personnel in Ras Al Khaimah to provide excellent customer service, manage requests, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a university graduate with strong communication skills and experience in hospitality. Fluency in English, Arabic, and Russian is preferred.

Role Summary:

The Concierge Personnel will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing friendly, professional, and personalized service. Key responsibilities include responding to inquiries, arranging reservations and bookings, managing requests and complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:
  • University graduate.
  • Prior experience in customer service, front desk, or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English, Arabic, Russi𝖺n (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
