Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Provide exceptional customer service; resolving customer inquiries promptly.
• Cross-sell bank products such as savings accounts or credit cards when appropriate.
• Maintain client information confidentiality.
