Job summary

Sanvi Engineering And Business Consulting Solutions in Abu Dhabi is seeking a visionary CTO / Technical Head to lead design, fabrication and sea trials of hull systems for our USV projects. You will own the hull platform from naval architecture to integration.

This hands-on leadership role requires 15+ years in marine/hull design, with proficiency in hydraulics, materials, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to deliver a seaworthy hull on time.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Marine/Naval Architecture or USV hull design.
• Proven leadership of hull development from concept to sea trials.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hull design, hydrodynamics and structural engineering.
• Define materials, manufacturing processes, and make vs buy decisions.
• Oversee hull integration with powertrain and autonomy systems.
• Direct multi-disciplinary Hull Division team and hiring plan.
• Ensure watertight integrity and marine-grade compliance.
• Deliver sea-trial ready hull platform on schedule and budget.
