Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in software engineering with 5+ years leading teams in high-transaction platforms.
• Strong architecture and backend depth in enterprise-grade systems (JVM or equivalent).
• API-first design and relational databases fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a multi-year technology strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Establish architectural principles and engineering standards for scalability and maintainability.
• Own technology roadmap inputs including platform evolution, security, and data analytics.
