Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in Banking in a Credit/Credit Administration function.
• Experience in loan documentation for at least 3 years.
• Knowledge of UAE Regulatory practices and legal system.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security documentation for approved credit facilities are valid and complete.
• Review and prepare required documentation for credit facilities.
• Conduct legal vetting of executed security documents.
