The role requires a minimum of 1 year of direct sales experience, preferably in banking or telecom. We are seeking energetic and target-driven Credit Card Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products to individual customers achieving monthly sales targets and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Identify and approach potential customers through field visits events and referrals.
Present credit card features benefits and eligibility criteria to customers clearly.
Collect and verify required documents and ensure accurate application processing.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on promotions and banking policies.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain a positive brand image.
Minimum 1 year of direct/field sales experience (preferably in banking financial products or telecom).
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Presentable self-motivated and customer-oriented.
Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
UAE driving license is a plus.
High School Diploma or Bachelors Degree (preferred).
Salary: AED(basic attractive incentives/commission).
