Job summary

Intelligent Solutions HR is seeking a Creative Lead/Director for a leading UAE insurance client. You will shape the brand’s creative direction, turning complex propositions into clear, memorable experiences across campaigns, social, digital and customer touchpoints.

Lead cross-functional teams, agencies and partners to deliver innovative ideas while balancing commercial goals and customer needs. Knowledge of AI tools and emerging technologies is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in creative, brand, integrated marketing or related field.
• Strong portfolio showing original thinking and measurable brand impact.
• Experience directing and managing creative agencies, creators and partners.
• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate briefs into simple, compelling ideas.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead the creative vision and brand expression across key touchpoints.
• Develop original, distinctive concepts for campaigns across channels.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social media, events and partnerships.
• Direct creative experiences across brand, digital platforms and customer communications.
• Collaborate with agencies, partners and internal teams; leverage AI and new technologies.
