Job summary

Tomsher Technologies LLC in Dubai is seeking a creative Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of professional experience to join our team. You will craft visual content for social media, campaigns, websites, branding, and digital advertisements.

You will leverage Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, UI/UX principles, and AI-assisted tools to translate briefs into compelling visuals, collaborate with marketing and development teams, and manage multiple projects to deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong creative thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design work is required.
• Experience in creating social media campaigns, carousels, reels, and digital advertisements.
• Experience in branding and corporate identity projects.
• Experience with UI/UX design and Figma workflows.
• Experience with AI-assisted creative workflows and emerging design technologies.

Responsibilities

• Create designs for social media, digital campaigns, websites, advertisements, presentations, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Create motion graphics, animations, and short-form video content.
• Apply UI/UX principles to website and digital interface designs.
• Leverage AI tools for ideation, image generation, visual exploration, and creative production.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, development, and other cross-functional teams.
• Maintain visual consistency across branding, typography, color, layout, and other design elements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
