Job summary

DHL Express UAE is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create visually compelling materials that align with brand identity across digital and print channels.

You will translate requirements into final artwork, support campaigns and events, and maintain consistency with DHL's global branding standards. A strong portfolio and 2–4 years of design experience are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Marketing or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant graphic design experience, preferably within a corporate, agency, logistics or B2B environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop creative assets for digital and print campaigns, including social media posts, email banners, brochures, flyers, posters, roll-up banners, event collateral, internal communications, presentations and infographics.
• Create engaging visual content that supports marketing campaigns, customer engagement, brand awareness and commercial initiatives.
• Translate creative briefs and business requirements into clear, visually effective concepts and final artwork.
• Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files in the correct formats, dimensions and resolutions.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaign visuals across relevant channels.
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, corporate events, sponsorships and employee engagement activities.
• Adapt master creative assets for local market requirements while maintaining consistency with approved brand standards.
• Contribute creative ideas that strengthen campaign impact, customer acquisition, retention and market visibility.
• Design graphics and visual content for websites, social media platforms, digital advertising and email marketing.
• Edit photographs and produce basic video content, animations or motion graphics when required.
• Optimize creative assets for different digital channels, screen sizes, and devices.
• Maintain awareness of digital design trends, platform requirements and content best practices.
