This role requires at least 7 years of fragrance evaluation experience and a passion for the world of fragrances, with emphasis on project management and customer relationships. Qualifications

• At least 7 years experience in Fragrance Evaluation and a strong track record of developing winning fragrances.
• Current/prior experience in the Middle East or Africa region preferable but not mandatory.
• Ideally have 2 years of experience in coaching and leading effective teams.

Responsibilities

• Developing olfactory strategy and managing complex briefs.
• Managing the project pipeline and ensuring efficient execution.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships and participating in customer visits.
• Conducting customer presentations and market taste anticipation.
• Leading and mentoring a team of junior evaluators.
