Job summary

Rakbank in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Relationship Manager for Commercial Real Estate and Secure Lending. This role targets UAE Nationals and focuses on growing and managing a high-value CRE portfolio while delivering strong client service.

You will review credit proposals, coordinate end-to-end deal execution, and collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance and Treasury to ensure sound credit decisions and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management capabilities and business development focus.
• Advanced understanding of commercial real estate financing and credit structuring.
• Knowledge of UAE banking regulations, AML and KYC requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce or related discipline.
• MBA, CA or CFA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage the CRE portfolio by asset growth, revenue and cross-sell targets.
• Prepare and review credit proposals, transaction structures and renewals.
• Coordinate end-to-end deal execution including due diligence and disbursement.
• Partner with Risk, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Treasury teams.
• Deliver exceptional client service and monitor asset quality and covenant compliance.
