Job summary

ConFlip in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Crane Operator with a monthly salary of 1,200 AED. The successful candidate will operate the crane in a safe and efficient manner to move heavy loads on and off trucks and vehicles, supporting daily logistics operations at the site.

Foreign applicants with no prior experience are welcome. The role requires basic knowledge of crane operations, good physical stamina, the ability to follow instructions under pressure, and strict adherence to safety procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work under pressure in fast paced environments
• Good physical strength and stamina required for lifting heavy objects manually where necessary
• Basic knowledge of crane operations and maintenance is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a crane to move heavy objects on and off trucks and transport them to their destination
• Secure loads to prevent shifting during transport
• Perform pre-operational checks on the crane before use
• Monitor the load at all times, keeping it within its capacity limits
• Follow safety procedures at all times, ensuring that all necessary safety devices are functioning properly
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, such as type of cargo transported and any problems that arose during the work day
