Qualifications

• 1+ years experience operating cranes in construction or related environments.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
• Excellent physical condition and ability to work at heights.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate crane to move large objects such as girders, beams, precast concrete units etc. in accordance with safety regulations.
• Inspect crane for any damages before each use, ensuring it is safe for operation.
• Follow instructions from supervisor on how to lift heavy objects accurately, safely and efficiently.
• Observe the surrounding area while operating crane to avoid collisions with other objects or personnel.
• Report any damages or malfunctions of the crane during operation immediately to supervisor.
