Job summary

OasisConstruct UAE in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our construction team. You will operate and maintain cranes to lift and move heavy objects on site, following safety standards. The role requires a proven crane operation background and a valid certification.

The ideal candidate is physically fit, capable of working under pressure, and willing to work weekends. Visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Proven crane operator experience in construction/industrial settings.
• Valid crane operator certification from a recognized training institute.
• Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination and depth perception.
• Ability to work in high-stress situations with tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Filipino nationality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes safely and efficiently according to company and industry standards.
• Inspect equipment before use and report defects or malfunctions immediately.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the crane.
• Read and interpret load charts to determine the appropriate crane capacity for each lift.
• Communicate effectively with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication.
• Maintain proper documentation of daily inspections, maintenance checks, and work performed.
• Ensure that all equipment is properly secured before moving it to prevent accidents or damage.
