Job summary

Avanta Works in Ajman is seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our on-site team. You will operate mobile, tower, and overhead cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials at construction sites, while inspecting equipment and complying with safety protocols.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years’ crane operator experience and a valid license. You should be able to read technical manuals and blueprints, and bring strong communication skills and physical stamina to the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of crane operator experience in construction or industrial setting.
• Valid crane operator license/certification.
• Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
• Physical strength and stamina for extended operation.
• Excellent knowledge of crane operations and safety protocols.
• Nationality: Indian preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile, tower, and overhead cranes.
• Inspect equipment before each use.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times.
• Lift, move, and position heavy materials per project requirements.
• Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio.
• Maintain accurate records of materials moved and time spent on each task.
