Job summary

ConFlip in Ajman is seeking a skilled Crane Operator to safely operate tower, mobile, and overhead cranes on a construction site. You will load and unload materials, move heavy objects, and ensure safe transportation of goods under site supervision.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years’ crane operation experience, a valid crane operator license, ability to read blueprints and load charts, and strong safety awareness. Visa sponsorship is provided for contract staff. English Fluency required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of crane operator experience.
• Valid crane operator license/certification.
• Ability to read blueprints and load charts.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Visa sponsorship on contract basis

Responsibilities

• Operate various cranes according to project requirements.
• Inspect equipment before use and report malfunctions.
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations while operating the crane.
• Communicate with ground workers using hand signals or radio communication.
• Lift and move heavy materials, equipment, or construction components as directed by site supervisor.
• Perform routine maintenance on the crane as needed
