Position Title: Country Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 35K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus bonus

About the Client:

A proud fashion company based in Dubai, known for its growing international elegant portfolio in women’s fashion.

Job Description:

1. Develop and implement country-level strategies in line with the company’s global goals.
2. Identify and seize growth opportunities in the UAE retail market, including store expansion, partnerships, and e-commerce.
3. Oversee local marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and CRM strategies tailored to the UAE market.
4. Develop and manage the UAE P&L, budget planning, and cost controls.

Candidate Requirements:

• Open for Arabic male nationals, 45 years old or below.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in retail management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the UAE or GCC.
• Proven track record in driving growth, profitability, and team performance.
