Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to internal cost control frameworks and governance.
• Interface with various teams to align cost control objectives.
• Lead and mentor cost engineers in post-contract works.
• Track actual costs vs. budget and prepare monthly reports.
• Evaluate contractor claims and ensure budget alignment.
• Maintain forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Lead the reconciliation and closure of final accounts.
• Ensure data integrity in cost management systems.
