Job summary

Bulgari Hotels & Resorts is seeking an entry-level accounting clerk to support financial recordkeeping in Dubai. The role requires attention to accuracy, organization of files, and basic financial data handling. You will assist with closing procedures, invoicing, and coordination across departments.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience. Join a luxury hospitality brand known for Bulgari heritage and Marriott collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling financial records or accounting data is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
• Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents
• Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information
• Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records
• Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables
• Complete period-end closing procedures and reports
• Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements
• Follow-up and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices
• Coordinate tasks and work with other departments
• Serve as a departmental role model or mentor
• Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards
