Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in Infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
• Extremely detail-oriented.
• An aptitude for exercising independent thinking and reasoning.
• Ability to communicate in written and oral formats with diplomacy and tact.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provides cost analysis, controls and reports activities for all projects.
• Organizes, monitors and controls projects cost according to requirements.
• Analyzes projects expenses versus budget.
• Proactively advises management of budget exceedances.
• Prepares and reports cost engineering information monthly.
