Udrive is the Middle East’s first car-sharing company, licensed by Dubai’s RTA. We offer short-term vehicle rentals via a user-friendly Smartphone App. Our mission is to deliver efficient, cost-effective transportation solutions while minimizing the negative impacts of private car ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Target-Driven Performance
You’ll be expected to hit and surpass aggressive monthly and quarterly sales targets through a disciplined, high-output approach. No passengers—only performers.
2. Aggressive Field Sales Execution
This is not a desk job. You’ll be in the market—visiting client offices, construction sites, trade events, and any place where business can be won. You believe deals are made face-to-face, and you thrive in the hustle.
3. Strategic Client Acquisition
You know how to spot a high-value opportunity from a mile away. From first contact to closing the deal, you present tailored mobility solutions that make business sense and lock in long-term clients.
4. Sector Expertise
You understand the unique transport and fleet demands of industries like construction, real estate, and hospitality—and you know how to sell into them effectively.
5. Commercial Intelligence
You’re sharp on the market—tracking competitor pricing, client behavior, and industry shifts to stay ahead of the curve and adjust your sales strategy in real time.
6. Internal Collaboration & Delivery Oversight
Sales doesn’t end at the signature. You’ll work cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and finance to make sure every promise made is delivered without fail.
7. Full Sales Cycle Management
You own the process—from prospecting and pitching to quoting, negotiating, and closing. You don’t pass the baton—you run the entire race.
