Fisher Human Resource Consultancy is seeking an experienced Corporate QHSE Manager to lead the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment function for an EPC contractor in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors.   • NEBOSH certification – mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant discipline.
  • Proven experience as Corporate QHSE Manager or similar senior QHSE role within EPC contracting.
  • Strong background in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical projects.
  • Solid knowledge of IMS, ISO compliance, HSE compliance, and audit management.
  • Experience in incident management and investigations.
  • Strong leadership, governance, and stakeholder management skills.
  • ADNOC project experience – an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) and QHSE procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, HSE regulations, and client requirements.
  • Develop and implement QHSE policies, control procedures, and processes.
  • Manage internal and external QHSE audits and close-out actions.
  • Establish and monitor monthly QHSE performance programmes and KPIs.
  • Oversee incident management, investigations, and preventive measures.
  • Manage vendor and subcontractor QHSE performance.
  • Coordinate with authorities and regulatory bodies (including Civil Defence).
  • Ensure effective environmental control and welfare management.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to QHSE teams and project management.
  • Oversee welding quality control from a QHSE governance perspective.
  • Support continuous improvement and QHSE culture across the organization.
