Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and legal assistance to senior paralegals and legal counsels.
• Liaise with external law firms to obtain case updates.
• Conduct basic legal research and compile references.
• Maintain and organize legal files and documentation.
• Prepare and review corporate documents such as powers of attorney.
• Track ongoing legal requests and provide status reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments for communication.
• Perform general administrative support duties.
