Job summary

Expro in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced global workplace trainer to deliver the Competence Assurance Program for Coretrax, ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent product delivery across regions.

The role includes developing technical presentations, providing pre- and post-training support, mentoring staff, and maintaining training records while upholding Expro QHSE standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience in specialist area.
• Strong analytical, systems, applications related experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience with downhole service equipment – essential.
• Experience with Pressure Testing equipment - essential.
• Experienced with torquing/tensioning units - essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver global workplace training and assessments for Coretrax products per the competence matrix.
• Liaise with Core competence teams to develop and deliver presentations and training.
• Provide pre- and post-training technical support to regions including remote sign-off where needed.
• Promote correct system usage, coach workshop processes, and support incident investigations.
• Maintain training records and documentation per Expro policies; support product improvements.
