Job summary

A leading food tech company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Rider Performance Manager. You will monitor rider performance, lead recruitment efforts, and manage shifts. Ideal candidates should have at least 12 years of experience in the food or grocery tech industry and possess strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Urdu. A bachelor's degree is required, while experience in multitasking and problem-solving is essential. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Whats On Your Plate

• Monitor and improve Rider Performance and Compliance
• Lead Rider Recruitment for the allocated zones
• Lead a Team of Rider Coordinators and/or Rider Captains
• Manage rider roster with proper allocation of shifts/breaks/offdays etc
• Supervises rider onboarding and training schedule with Rider Trainer and Rider Supervisor
• Inventory management and usage compliance of Rider equipments
• Groom rider quality (behaviour appearance professionalism presentational etc)
• Setting up a performance improvement plan to improve performance of low performing riders
• Reduce rider complaints originating from customers
• Monitor riders performance on individual level and responsible for coaching/warning riders
• Audits fleet appearance and rider behavior via on ground visits

• 12 years of experience in the food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficient in Google Suite.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal. English and Hindi/Urdu is a must. Arabic is a plus.
• Problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
• UAE Driving License is a plus.
