A leading staffing solutions provider in the UAE is seeking a Coordinator-HR Shared Services to support their HR Shared Service team. This role involves managing day-to-day processes including medical insurance administration, visa management, and document control. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, experience in data entry management, proficiency in Excel and English, and strong Arabic language skills. You will work closely with internal departments and external entities, maintaining confidentiality around sensitive data.
We are currently recruiting for aCoordinator-HR Shared Services tojoin our Group HR team in Dubai.
Scope: Coordinator-HR Shared Services is responsible for providing support to the HR Shared Service team with efficient management of day-to-day processes. This includes but is not limited to processes for medical insurance administration, , travel and absence management, document control, Arabic Letters, Transguard IDs, GRO scheduling and appointments, monitoring of police and immigration cases, Arabic translations, residence visa management, Emirates ID management, HR data management and flight ticket processing functions. This role also includes effectively communicating with other teams and departments, as well as entities both internal and external to the organization. The role has visibility to confidential data and is expected to maintain confidentiality around sensitive information.
