Job summary

Mai Dubai in Dubai is seeking a skilled Service Technician to install, service, and sanitize water coolers and related equipment at customer sites.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair equipment both on-site and in the workshop, and support installations for the Sales team. Strong English communication, a UAE driving license, and customer-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

Diploma or High School qualification in a technical discipline.
Minimum 2 years' experience in cooler, refrigeration, or similar equipment maintenance.
Valid UAE Driving License with good knowledge of UAE roads.
Strong troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance skills.
Good communication skills in English; Hindi/Arabic is an advantage.
Customer-focused, proactive, well-groomed, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Install service repair and sanitize water coolers and related equipment.
Attend customer service requests and resolve technical issues within assigned timelines.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure equipment reliability.
Diagnose and repair coolers both on-site and in the workshop.
Support the Sales team with installations and customer technical requirements.
Maintain accurate service reports and daily activity records.
Ensure proper upkeep of company vehicles, tools and equipment.
Comply with HSSE policies and report any incidents or unsafe conditions promptly.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professional conduct.
