Job Responsibilities

Coordination with all consultants ensuring a unified response to the developers vision program and standards.

Manging the approval process with government and utility authorities supported by the in- house Stakeholder & Approvals Coordinator.

Leading regular progress meetings with consultants to maintain synergy throughout the project lifecycle.

Engagement with the procurement & development teams to align design outputs with budget schedule and phasing requirements.

Engage with Delivery team ensuring alignment with the deliverables and logistics plan.

Manage the approval process with government and utility authorities supported by the in- house Stakeholder & Approvals Coordinator.

Track deliverables submissions and key milestones to report progress.

Support the Design Manager in facilitating value engineering and risk reviews.

  • Provide contractual support to the Clients project teams.

Monitor contract compliance addressing deviations with the Client teams.

Assist in contract negotiations claims management and dispute resolution.

Prepare and review financial and commercial reports ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree in Engineering Law or Quantity Surveying. MRICS or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • 12 years of contracts administration experience in large infrastructure projects
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 MS Project and cost control software
  • Proficiency in contract management software (e.g. Oracle Primavera Unifier).

  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
