Job summary

Workato in Sharjah is seeking a qualified Tutor (Pakistani Nationals) to join our education center on a contract basis with visa sponsorship. You will provide academic support to students of all ages, design lesson plans, and use diverse teaching methods to foster learning.

The role requires a Pakistani national, fluent English, a Bachelor's in Education or related field, and at least two years of tutoring experience. Arabic knowledge is a plus, and flexible hours are offered.

Qualifications

Must be a Pakistani national with fluency in English.
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience as a tutor or teacher in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of the subject(s) you will be tutoring in.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds.
Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their academic goals.

Responsibilities

Conduct individual or group tutoring sessions for students in various subjects, based on their specific academic needs.
Create personalized lesson plans and teaching materials that cater to the individual learning styles and abilities of each student.
Use a variety of teaching methods to engage students and promote active learning.
Monitor student progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular feedback to students and their parents/guardians.
Help students prepare for exams by reviewing material, practicing test-taking strategies, and providing additional resources as needed.
Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.
