Job summary

Family Assist is seeking a skilled Machine Operator in Ajman, UAE to set up, monitor, and maintain production machines. You will ensure quality output and adhere to safety protocols; on-the-job training is provided and prior experience is preferred but not required.

This contract role offers shifts and growth within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Nepali-speaking candidates and women are welcome to apply; English proficiency is not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Prior experience as a machine operator is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read and understand production plans and technical documents.
• Good mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic problems.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate different machines according to production specifications.
• Monitor machine operation and make adjustments to ensure quality output.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required specifications.
• Troubleshoot machine errors and perform routine maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.
• Maintain records of machine output, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
