Workato is seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Ajman, UAE. You will operate and maintain tower, mobile, and crawler cranes, lift and position heavy loads, inspect equipment, and document work performed while following safety protocols.

Applicants must hold a valid crane operator license, have at least 2 years of crane operation experience, demonstrate strong communication and teamwork, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid crane operator license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of crane operating experience.
• Experience with tower, mobile and crawler cranes is preferred.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect crane equipment before and after use.
• Operate cranes to lift, move, and position heavy objects.
• Coordinate with ground crew using hand signals or radio.
• Follow all safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Report any accidents or incidents immediately.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed.
