Ecojob is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a contract role in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. The incumbent will oversee the project, coordinate with contractors, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years' UAE experience, strong leadership, and clear communication. Accommodation is provided for the contract duration; immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the construction project, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
• Conduct regular site visits to check on progress and address any concerns
• Manage the procurement process for necessary materials and equipment
