Responsibilities

• Conduct research and experiments to develop new chemical processes or improve existing ones.
• Design equipment and processes for large-scale production of chemicals.
• Troubleshoot issues with production processes and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure smooth operation of equipment.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
• Develop safety protocols for handling hazardous materials and train staff on procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of experiments, tests, and production data.
