The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in contract management and excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. This role will involve drafting, negotiating, and monitoring contracts while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In order to seamlessly negotiate and execute contracts, we are seeking a highly skilled and certified contract Administrator. The candidate must be hands‑on in every stage of the contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to implementation and renewal. Our company firmly believes in operating within the regulations set by the government and the board of directors, so the contract Administrator in question must be knowledgeable regarding the laws and regulations surrounding each particular contract. By helping both parties meet the contractual obligations and stipulations, the ideal contract Administrator must look at the contract lifecycle from a holistic point of view, with accuracy, objectivity and integrity.
The Contracts Administrator (CM) will manage and provide a full range of pre‑award, post‑award and corporate contract administration services that will enable contract obligations to stakeholders and compliance to all applicable regulatory laws. The CM will guide the company’s understanding and keep the company abreast of client rules and regulations in order to support compliance. This position will report to the Head of Procurement & Contracts.
Compliance with policies and procedures based on the ISO standards adopted by CNS.
