Motivate Media Group is seeking an experienced 360-degree multi-talented individual with professional photography videography video editing skills and studio management including inventory management to join our dynamic creative team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality outputs that encompass stills video animation and a diverse range of creative content. Assignments may include outdoor product fashion architecture portrait food event shoots and podcast production. Candidates should be prepared to present a portfolio covering the desired subject areas.

Responsibilities

Photography and Videography:

• Compose and process content based on specified briefs.
• Post-process content to the highest industry standards.
• Maintain equipment health and service records.
• Direct and manage shoots independently.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop required mood boards.
• Continuously evolve production quality.
• Maintain image and video archives including metadata update.
• Adhere to industry best practices and procedures for content production.

Video Editing:

• Ensure the highest possible standards are achieved in content and design.
• Review scripts and raw content to produce a quality timeline.
• Trim footage segments and assemble the sequence of the video.
• Integrate music dialogue graphics and effects.
• Produce beta and final cuts.
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth transitions.
• Consult with stakeholders throughout the production to post-production process.
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize production efficiency.
• Produce finalized videos and animations from project concepts.
• Liaise regularly with the creative team to monitor standards quality and output.
