Core Skills – Must Have

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably within banking or regulated environments
• Strong experience managing CMS uploads, including uploading, updating, organizing, and maintaining documents and digital content
• Proven ability to perform quality assurance checks on content for accuracy, formatting, consistency, and compliance with project and brand standards
• Experience supporting date‑driven / deadline‑critical projects, ensuring timely uploads and proactively tracking deliverables
• Ability to monitor timelines, case deadlines, and escape risks or delays when required
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies quickly
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience collaborating with product owners, project managers, content creators, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, content workflows, and basic troubleshooting

Preferred / Good to Have

• Prior experience supporting content migration or remediation projects
• Exposure to compliance‑driven or regulated content environments
