TikTok is offering a 6-month full-time internship with the Ecosystem Strategy Team in Dubai. You will review live-stream content for the Arab region and Turkey, analyze user behavior, and support reporting to improve content quality and engagement.

The role requires active English and Arabic/Turkish usage and a drive to learn in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields and can start January 2027.

• Proficiency in using English and Arabic/Turkish as working languages as key stakeholders are based in Arabic/Turkish-speaking regions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live-stream content review for the Arab region and Turkey, analyse user consumption behaviour, and identify key characteristics of content to evaluate and classify content quality.
• Participate in daily meetings to align on evaluation standards and discuss factors that influence user engagement and spending.
• Assist in producing content quality analysis reports, pinpoint content quality issues, and propose actionable solutions for improvement.

About the team

The Ecosystem Strategy Team is primarily responsible for strategic operations of TikTok LIVE in the MENAT region, covering business areas such as creator growth, agency growth, ecosystem governance, user growth, and data analysis. By leveraging tools such as product strategies and incentive mechanisms, the team collaborates with all the cross-functional teams to achieve revenue growth goals. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.
