Dutco Construction Group is seeking a talented Content Creator & Videographer to produce engaging visual content that highlights our projects, people, and achievements across digital platforms. The role requires a strong eye for storytelling and the ability to work across multiple media formats.

You will plan, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality photos and videos, conduct on-site shoots in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and collaborate with marketing to elevate the company’s brand presence.

Qualifications

• UAENational with FamilyBook (Khulasat Al Qaid) is mandatory.
• Proven experience in content creation, videography and photography.
• Strong portfolio showcasing prior work and personal projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that showcases our projects, people, and achievements across various digital platforms. The role will involve occasional site visits across Dubai and Abu Dhabi to capture project progress and company activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, capture, and produce high-quality photo and video content for company projects and events.
• Visit construction sites in Dubai and Abu Dhabi to document project milestones and activities.
• Edit and produce professional videos for social media, marketing campaigns, internal communications, and corporate presentations.
• Create engaging content aligned with the company's brand identity.
• Manage content libraries and organize digital assets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop creative concepts and storytelling ideas.

Requirements

• UAENational (Emirati) with FamilyBook (Khulasat Al Qaid) is mandatory.
• Proven practical experience in content creation, videography, photography, and video editing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work, including videos and visual content created personally.
• Proficiency in video editing and content creation software.
• Excellent creativity, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites within Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Educational qualifications are not a primary consideration; practical experience and portfolio quality are more important.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM
