Job summary

WONE Digital Marketing Agency in Dubai is seeking a Content Creator to turn ideas into scroll-stopping visuals and stories, with a blend of creativity and strategy.

You will produce high-quality content for premium brands across lifestyle, luxury, sport, and B2B, shoot and edit on mobile or camera, and collaborate with strategy and ads teams to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Content Creator / Social Media Creator.
• Strong editing skills across CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut.
• Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn formats.
• Ability to shoot/ edit on mobile or camera.
• Fluent in English; French a plus.

• Create engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, UGC-style videos).

We're looking for a Content Creator who understands how to turn ideas into scroll-stopping visuals and stories — and who knows that great content is where creativity meets strategy.

Your Mission

You will be responsible for creating high-quality content for premium and performance-driven brands across multiple industries (lifestyle, luxury, sport, services, B2B).

Your Content Will Live On

• Instagram (Reels, Stories, Carousels)
• TikTok
• LinkedIn (organic & paid formats)

Responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, UGC-style videos)
• Shoot and edit content using mobile and/or camera setups
• Adapt content to different platforms while respecting brand guidelines
• Collaborate with our strategy and ads teams to produce performance-oriented creatives
• Stay ahead of trends, formats, hooks, and platform best practices
• Participate in content shoots (on-site when required)Deliver content efficiently, on time, and at a high creative standard

Profile We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Content Creator / Social Media Creator
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn content formats
• Comfortable both in front of the camera and behind it
• Strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
• Creative mindset with a performance and conversion awareness
• Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
• Fluent in English (French is a plus)

Bonus Points If You

• Have experience creating content for paid ads
• Understand hooks, storytelling, and retention metrics
• Have worked with luxury, lifestyle, or sports brands
• Are based in Dubai or open to relocation
