Job summary

Nathan HR seeks a skilled Content Creator to produce engaging video content for social media and digital platforms. From concept and filming to editing and post-production, you will manage the full content creation process and collaborate with the creative and production teams to meet client objectives.

You will shoot on mobile, edit with CapCut, and develop motion graphics in After Effects as needed, while staying on brand and delivering projects on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or in a similar role within a social media, marketing, or creative agency environment.
• Proficiency in mobile-based video editing applications, particularly CapCut.
• Strong understanding of mobile videography techniques, including framing, lighting, and audio recording.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics, or a willingness to further develop these skills.
• Ability to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute creative video content from start to finish.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and project coordination skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Flexible to work on-site and travel to filming locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
