Findr DXB ( Dream Jobs HR Consultant LLC) is seeking a creative Content Creator to transform scent into stories across UAE and GCC markets. You will plan, shoot and edit short-form videos and photos for perfumes and campaigns, crafting captions and product descriptions that convey notes, moods and occasions.

You will maintain a monthly content calendar, reflect luxury branding, track trends, and engage with the online community while collaborating with influencers, photographers, and retail

Qualificações

• 2–5 years of experience in content creation or similar role.
• Strong portfolio of video and photo content, preferably in fragrance or luxury.
• Proficiency in mobile and camera shooting/editing with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom or Canva.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, shoot and edit short-form video and photo content for perfumes and campaigns.
• Write captions and storytelling copy describing scent notes and moods.
• Create content for product launches and seasonal campaigns (Ramadan, Eid, National Day, etc.).
• Produce unboxing, scent-of-the-day, fragrance layering and behind-the-scenes content.
• Maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
• Engage with online community and coordinate with influencers and agencies.
• Support e-commerce and website teams with visuals and copy.
• Cover in-store activations, events and pop-ups.
• Monitor content performance and share monthly reports.

We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Content Creator to bring our fragrance brand to life across digital platforms. Fragrance can’t be smelled through a screen, so you will turn scent into stories, visuals and experiences that build desire, drive engagement and support sales across the UAE and GCC markets.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Plan, shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and photo content for perfumes, gift sets and campaigns.
• Write captions, product descriptions and storytelling copy that describe scent notes, moods and occasions in an engaging way.
• Create content for product launches, seasonal campaigns (Ramadan, Eid, National Day, White Friday, Valentine’s Day) and promotions.
• Produce unboxing, “scent of the day”, fragrance layering, gifting and behind-the-scenes content.

Social Media & Brand

• Maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing and sales goals.
• Ensure all content reflects the brand’s luxury positioning, tone and visual identity.
• Track trends in the fragrance, beauty and lifestyle space and adapt them for the brand.
• Engage with the online community through comments, DMs and user-generated content.
• Coordinate with influencers, photographers, retail teams and agencies on shoots and campaigns.
• Support e-commerce, marketplace (Amazon, Noon) and website teams with product visuals and copy.
• Cover in-store activations, events and pop-ups.

Performance

• Monitor content performance (reach, engagement, saves, shares, conversions) and refine strategy based on insights.
• Share monthly performance reports with the marketing team.

Requirements

Mandatory

• 2–5 years of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Content Executive or similar role.
• Strong portfolio of video and photo content, ideally in fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, fashion, luxury or lifestyle.
• Hands‑on skills in shooting and editing on mobile and camera, using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom or Canva.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube algorithms and trends.
• Currently based in the UAE.

Preferred

• Arabic language skills (written and spoken), a strong advantage for GCC audiences.
• Experience with a perfume, oud, bakhoor or beauty brand.
• Knowledge of fragrance families and notes (floral, woody, oriental, citrus, musk, oud).
• Comfortable appearing on camera as a brand face.
• Experience working with influencers and UGC creators.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid social content.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media or a related field.
