Job summary

Sia is seeking a driven, analytically strong intern to support our consulting teams across client engagements. The role offers hands-on exposure to how a consulting practice operates from research and analysis through to deliverable development and project execution.

You will collaborate with consultants on live client work, contribute to research and problem solving, and help draft reports and briefing notes to a consulting-grade standard.

Qualifications

• MBA or MSc in Engineering Economics or related quantitative field.
• Arabic speaker with business-level proficiency.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, comfortable with senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Support consulting teams on active engagements with research and structured problem-solving.
• Conduct market sector and company research to inform client recommendations.
• Draft and format client deliverables to a consulting-grade standard.
• Assist in structuring analyses and synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
• Support in workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Track project timelines and action items for engagement management.
• Perform data collection and basic quantitative analysis.
• Collaborate with consultants and partners to incorporate feedback.
• Maintain organized engagement documentation.
• Perform related analytical and administrative tasks.
