We are currently seeking a highly qualified Consultant / Specialist Neonatologist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring that vulnerable newborns receive the highest level of medical care in critical situations.

As a Consultant / Specialist Neonatologist, you will leverage your expertise to diagnose and manage medical conditions affecting newborns, particularly those who are premature or critically ill. You’ll work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional care, support families, and contribute to ongoing improvements in neonatal health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert medical care to newborns, especially in high-acuity situations in neonatal intensive care units (NICUs).
  • Perform comprehensive assessments, interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans for each patient.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure the implementation of best practices in neonatal medicine.
  • Offer guidance and education to families regarding their infant’s health conditions, treatment options, and care procedures.
  • Participate in clinical rounds and case discussions to optimize patient outcomes through multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • Engage in professional development and stay current with advancements in neonatology.
Requirements
  • Medical degree with licensure to practice as a Consultant / Specialist Neonatologist.
  • Extensive experience in managing the care of newborns, particularly in a neonatal intensive care environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of neonatology principles, methodologies, and treatments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with families and healthcare professionals.
